Sarah has been and continues to be an excellent service provider. I have never had a better pedicure anywhere. She has a very caring attitude about her clients and and provides excellent individualized care with each visit. I look forward to each visit and always leave very satisfied with care she has given to her work more

Wouldn't go anywhere else 3/24/2011

I first went to Brown and Deline for my wedding party's up-do's and have been going every since (going on 9 years). Jill is awesome and I appreciate the little touches like free coffee. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Coming to get a haircut with Josh Carlson is one of my favorite ways to relax. The complimentary glass of wine doesn't hurt, either! I always recommend Josh to my friends, neighbors, and the random strangers who love my haircut. more

Consistenly Five Stars 3/24/2011

I have been a customer of Cathy for more than 12 years. I have never had a bad experience. I bounce ideas off of her in terms of how I would like my hair to look. We talk about it, and come up with the best options for my type of hair, but more importantly she listens to me. I love it because the salon is always looking for ways to increase your satisfaction, staying up on all of the recent trends, and providing the staff the training they need. Cathy's business is built on integrity, professionalism, and ethics. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You feel very special when you are there, and I look forward to my appointments every time. more

Love a new Hair Cut 3/22/2011

I went in for a trim and reshape of my layers. I will be donating my hair in May so it just needed to be styled a little. I cam out looking great and feeling great. Lovely staff and friendly. It's always a pleasure. more

WOW experience 3/21/2011

I had a wonderful experience at Brown and Deline on Saturday morning! I was greeted with fresh coffee, mimosa and later a hand massage while I was being fussed over getting highlights put in my hair. I really feel like ALL the staff put their heart into their work. It's a great place to spend a Saturday morning! more

All the staff is terrific, but Kristy, my stylist, is a 10 plus! Can it be 4 years ago that I first came to her? She is such a positive person and instinctively knows how to make you look your best. She made me feel like a human being again after a long and terrible illness. Love her! more

Andrea is Great, Front Desk needs attention 3/20/2011

Let me first say that Andrea is great, and a wonderful stylist. I like the salon, but as is the case with so many, the front desk, and even the stylists interacting with the FD staff, are aloof, unaware that clients are in the waiting area, and don't seem genuine at any interaction. The two times I have been there I begin and end each appt thinking it wasn't as great as it was simply because of the front desk staff. more

The service is exceptional. You have an incredibly talented staff. The only recommendation I would make is that you get new towels for the salon. The stained white ones don't look good at all. Perhaps the color black would be the way to go. more

Outstanding Stylist! 3/18/2011

After a friend recommended Kelli for my hair cut/style - I have been coming to Brown & DeLine for at least two years now. My first appointment with her, I relied on her expertise and have never regretted it. Prior to meeting Kelli, I had the hair style for Years! I definitely am not a pro at styling my own hair. She takes the time to be sure I know what to do and what products are best suited for me. Try Brown & DeLine - you will be glad you did! more
