I have been coming to Victoria for years. Normally I am warmly greeted at the door, yesterday, was different. I am sorry I don't know the receptionists name but she has lavender/purple highlights. She tried to check me in on one computer, it wasn't working so switched to another, no problem except she moved down the counter away from me without any sort of request for me to go with her. She checked me in, never offered a drink, taking my coat, etc. This would not have stood out to me if it wasn't so very different then the normal greeting and check in process. All the while chomping on gum and talking with the other receptionists. Brown and DeLine has spoiled me for far better treatment. Victoria was wonderful always listens to my hair needs, suggests products, always a pleasure to work with her. I almost mentioned the reception to her but decided it wasn't for her to police others so I am actually glad this E-Mail came today. Over the years I have had several different stylists work with me and my family, a group did my daughter's wedding this summer and we have always enjoyed excellent service, yesterday was an exception.
