I have always been cordially welcomed by the staff at the reception counter. Each person has politely made appointments, calculated percentage for tips in person, as well as, giving full attention to appointment needs when I have called by phone. The new e-mail appointment reminder system is a plus! Kudos to Halina and Sarah Van Tassel for their professional and listening skills.
