I have been a client of Aimee's for many years and she always does a great job. I love the salon and all the products you carry are great. I did have a problem with checking out yesterday for the first time ever. The girl did not know what she was doing and it took 15-20 min. just to pay. I wanted to pre-order products for the Sun. sale and I didn't want to leave my credit card #. I would simply leave a check if I knew the amount and it could be rung up on Sun. & I would pick them up Sun. She took my credit card info. anyway. I had to scratch it off the form. Then I was going to purchase a gift card to leave behind and have you ring it on Sun. She couldn't figure out how to do that with the same transaction as my hair bill. I was so frustrated I ended up paying for my hair and didn't pre-order any products. She was rude, clueless and didn't listen. I gave her 2 options on how I would pay and she took my credit card info. anyway. I told Aimee I was very unhappy when I left.
