Steam Sweepers picked up rugs and cleaned my large rugs as well as my ceramic tile floor. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and careful.

Great job 3/21/2014

In a moment of inattention my dog got ahold of a can of green enamel spray paint and after a vigorous shake, punctured the can, sending paint all over not one but two Persian rugs. Art and his folks were able to save what I thought were surely ruined Tabrizes. Thank you Steam Sweepers. PS: for those worried about the dog, she didn't get any into her eye or mouth but her muzzle fur is sporting a SeaHawk color. Jim more

A positive experience! 2/24/2014

Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC is dead on. They're really good. We'd used them a few years ago, and we recently brought in a rug to them that we thought we would have to throw away. It was really badly stained, and we had tried cleaning it at home. We brought it in to Steam Sweepers, and they said they thought they could clean it. When we got it back, it looked almost as good as new! I have nothing but high praise for them! more

Furniture and rugs look brand new. 1/27/2014

The first things Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning cleaned were three pieces of furniture. I was impressed that they came, picked them up, cleaned them, and brought them back. They took their shoes off when they came in, and they made the pieces look brand new. We also had them clean all of our wool area rugs, one of them being quite old. All of them came back really clean. The bonus was that their facility is very close by. We were able to go down and see the process, which was very neat. more

An all-around excellent service! 1/7/2014

Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC cleaned two oriental rugs for us. They picked up and cleaned, and in one case repaired, the rugs. Then they delivered them back to us. Art was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was great to do business with. He has great integrity. Steam Sweepers provides you with very professional, reliable and well-priced service. more

Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning cleaned carpet for me that had pet stains in it. They guaranteed that they wouldn't come back. I was so impressed with the work they did on my wall-to-wall carpet that I sent them area rugs to clean. Those came out with very vibrant colors. They are very professional and very friendly. They were knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and about procedures to ensure colors didn't fade or run together with the area rugs. Saved a unique rug! I'm so happy with them. 8/26/2013

Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC gets a 5+ for their quality of work! I have this unusual rug that I got in Hong Kong. It's kind of off-white. I had it cleaned before, and the people did a beautiful job. However, I guess that company was sold without my knowing, and when I had them come again I thought they had ruined it! I was just sick about it. So, I had to get it cleaned again and didn't know what to do. I looked at Steam Sweepers website, and it looked like they did it the right way so I went with them. The man was very nice. He called me after he'd cleaned to say he thought it had come out well, and that he had gotten it back to how it was before the botched job. He was right!! I'm so happy with it. He rescued my rug! more

Would Recommend Steam Sweepers to anyone 8/9/2013

Steam Sweepers just finished up with our 3 room carpet cleaning this morning 8/9/2013. We had some problems with pet odors and they were so professional. They came out to give us a bid, and various options, then did the odor removal on Tuesday, and came back Friday to clean the carpets. They were totally professional, but fun and delightful. Called first both days to let us know when they would arrive, and how long it would take. Would recommend them to anyone. more

We are had our wall to wall carpets cleaned and an oriental rug steam cleaned by them. We are very happy with the service at Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning. The man who came took his shoes off, put on booties, and took time on every corner. He was very detail oriented, our rugs were returned fresh and clean and the work was done well. more

Very congenial and a pleasure to work with 7/5/2013

I like Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning a lot! Thomas, the owner, is really accommodating. He'll pick up your rugs and bring them back. I have Tibetan rugs that are fine Asian rugs and he understands how to deal with them more than anyone else in town. I've been a customer for about three or four years. As soon as I found them online, I went to his place and saw the set-up. From the way he spoke I knew what he was talking about. They're very trustworthy, very polite and respectful of you. I do recommend them on my website too. more

Excellent 5/10/2013

Art answered all of my questions over the phone. When I went in to drop off several of my rugs for cleaning, I looked around and their establishment is a clean place, so I felt comfortable leaving my rugs there. Art and his helper are very professional. They did a great job for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again. more

I looked them up online and had them come out. The guy that came out was really personable and did a good job. He showed us what he was doing, and was very open about everything. He was thorough and conscientious in his work. He said it would take 3.5-4 hours and that's what it took. more

We've used Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC for years. They are always reliable and show up on time. Art is a wizard at getting spots out of carpets, including some that were in the carpet when we bought the house we're in now. He keeps my carpets useful. They are fine and I recommend them highly. more

I had Steam Sweepers clean my oriental rugs. I talked to Art on the phone and I just knew he had the knowledge required to do the job correctly. I even had him wrap a rug that was moth proofed with their solution, to store it. He does a very nice job and will work with you and take the time to make sure that things are done properly. more

Extremely good experience, very satisifed 9/24/2012

My family has been using Steam Sweepers for a long time. Somewhere in between, for some reason, we stopped using them. But, we shouldn't have because they are fantastic. They always do a great job cleaning the carpets throughout my house. Recently, we also had them clean the carpet in an office. Just six months before, we had the carpet in the office cleaned by a different company, but Steam Sweepers actually ended up cleaning after the other company because they were not very thorough. Steam Sweepers are very thorough. They get the job done right. more

Great job with the rugs. 9/5/2012

I had my rugs cleaned before with a different method, and there's almost no comparison. My rug looks exactly like new, and I've had it for a long time. The other cleaning services really didn't make a lot of improvements in appearance or cleanliness. Now I have napped in the rug, and I had five done in total. I'm happy with them all. One is a room sized rug, one is smaller, then I sent some little old rugs, and they did a great job with them. more

Excellent work. Superb job! 6/13/2012

Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning did a superb job with steaming the slate floors in my house. I have a lot floor to steam, and the people worked hard, were courteous, and everything was spotless when they were finished. They also took my carpets, cleaned them, and when they brought them back they were renewed and looked excellent. They did excellent work. more
