Art answered all of my questions over the phone. When I went in to drop off several of my rugs for cleaning, I looked around and their establishment is a clean place, so I felt comfortable leaving my rugs there. Art and his helper are very professional. They did a great job for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again.
