I have been a customer to Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC for multiple years now, and they have always been great. They do cost more than other Carpet Cleaning Companies, but the results are worth it. Every single time they have given me the results I hoped for, and the employees are very professional. I recently purchased a new home that had absolutley filthy carpets and flooring from the previous owners and their pets. I called Steam Sweepers and they cleaned all 3 bedrooms and the tile flooring in the bathroom. Everything looks great now, I couldn't be happier. We even had our family room oriental rug (which I inherited from my grandmother) cleaned. The final results for my oriental rug were excellent! The rugs itself is actually softer and the colors stand out more! Steam Sweepers even picked up my rug from my house and brought it back to me with no additional cost, and they were always very punctual. I have never been left unsatisfied. Once I had my carpets cleaned and about a week later I noticed one of the spots had started to re apear, so I called Steam Sweepers and they cam back to my home and took care of it with not extra charge. The spot didn't come back after that! I will use them many more times in the future. I recommend them to any one who is looking for carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, or oriental rug cleaning.
