Steam Sweepers picked up rugs and cleaned my large rugs as well as my ceramic tile floor. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and careful.

Carpets came back perfect. 2/24/2012

I was pleased with Steam Sweepers. I have commercial property that they do for me, and I was familiar with them. This time they came to my house and worked here. I thought it was expensive but very professional. They did my oriental carpets, and they came back perfect. more

Did everything they promised! 1/3/2012

My wife found out about Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC and they were the only rug cleaning company in Bellingham Washington. Our rugs needed to be cleaned and we called them. We didn't really know if we were referred to them but they were the only show in town. We called Steam Sweepers and they did everything they promised in the timeline and price they promised. My three rugs came back in better shape than when they left and there were no surprises. Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC also cleaned our carpets in our house. The guy who cleaned our house worked really hard and did a fantastic job! more

Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning was the best I've ever ever ever had!! They came in, did the job, were absolutely flawless, and cleaned my tile. It was amazing, and it looks better than when it was new! They did an absolutely, completely beautiful job. I've been in housekeeping for years and I've used several companies so I know that Steam Sweepers is absolutely the best I've ever used! more

I'm a property manager. I got stuck last minute when another private company was not able to do the work. I was referred to Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC by another coverage service I had used in the past. Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning LLC was very accommodating and was able to get the work done in a short amount of time. The billing process was easy without me being there. I would definitely use them again! This was my first time using them. They're very accommodating and were able to rearrange their schedule to make the customer happy. I had a very good experience with Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning! more

Very complete, thorough, courteous. Provides excellent service! 8/25/2011

We've been with Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning since 2007. We had used them before, and this time we had them do two different jobs. They cleaned some wall-to-wall carpeting on the second floor of our house one day, and had them pick up an area rug to have it cleaned and returned for the other job. They have done excellent work on both. In particular, the employee who did the wall-to-wall carpeting was very thorough. It was late afternoon but he worked as long as he needed to, and did a very thorough job. He was very courteous, and apologetic that he was there around dinnertime (which we didn't mind). Originally we had seen an ad by Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning and it had a coupon. The last jobs were a little more expensive than I thought they were going to be. Maybe get the pricing ahead of time. Ask if there are any coupons out there or any sales that are about to start. Overall, Steam Sweepers was very complete, thorough, and courteous. They provided excellent service and were dependable. I would definitely recommend Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning! more

Reliable and outstanding customer service! Will absolutley do business with Steam Sweepers again! 7/15/2011

In the past, I have used multiple carpet cleaning services, but since I have done business with Steam Sweepers, I know Ill continue to use them in the future. They are a very honest, reliable, and personable business. Adam did a tremendous job. He was able to explain his work process thoroughly and let me know exactly what kind of results I could expect. He was able to get all of the spots out, and my carpets now look amazing! The outcome was just what he said it would be. My carpets have never looked better, and I couldnt be more satisfied. I also had an area rug cleaned which looks better than I ever thought it could! They also picked it up and dropped off to me for no extra cost which was fantastic. I recommend Steam Sweepers to anyone and everyone who has carpets, tile, or area rugs that need a good cleaning! They will not leave you disappointed. more

My fine Oriental rugs are looking better. 6/29/2011

I just moved to Stanwood from Pennsylvania last Fall so I wanted my fine oriental hand woven wool rugs cleaned up for my new condo. I arranged with Art Thomas of Steam Sweapers to pick up my carpets when they were making other deliveries way South of Bellingham. They were able to submerge all the carpets for a thorough cleaning. All five rugs now look clean and bright. The rugs were returned in a timely fashion and under the original estimate because I miscalculated their size. I also appreciated Art's advice on how to maintain them between cleanings. more

Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning does excellent work! Amazing! 6/22/2011

I had inherited a beautiful old, hand-woven Persian rug from my mother, that used to be in my grandparents home. It's huge, nine feet by eleven feet, and I wanted to have it cleaned. I had heard about Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning so I gave them a call. I think it is very important that they arrived on time to pick up and drop off my carpets, I had two smaller rugs cleaned as well. The final results are excellent! I would like to mention that he helped me to move my furniture to get the carpets up and then again to put them down, I really appreciated that! I am so happy and satisfied and will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anybody. more

The best possible solution to carpets and floors! 6/2/2011

We're moving into a rental that was absolutely disgusting and filthy, but now the carpet and tile look absolutely phenomenal! Wonderful job with our Chinese silk rug. 3/30/2011

I had a Chinese wool rug that was stained in a flood, and I took it to Steam Sweepers Carpet Cleaning. I had never heard of them before. They were able to get a lot of the stain out. I was very impressed, and asked Art about handling silk rugs. I have a Chinese silk rug that needed to be lovingly handled, and so I took it to Steam Sweepers. They did an absolutely exquisite job. He did everything he could do to the rug that wouldn't risk threatening the fibers. I was really pleased with what he could do for the rugs, and that he acknowledged the limits of what could be done as well. He also told me where to go if I did want to get a harsher, and potentially hazardous, treatment. He really did a marvelous job on the silk rug, and I have recommended everyone I know with a rug to Steam Sweepers. The price was wonderful, and it was incredible value for the goods received. The service was also fast, and I was incredibly pleased with the work Art did. more
