I had my rugs cleaned before with a different method, and there's almost no comparison. My rug looks exactly like new, and I've had it for a long time. The other cleaning services really didn't make a lot of improvements in appearance or cleanliness. Now I have napped in the rug, and I had five done in total. I'm happy with them all. One is a room sized rug, one is smaller, then I sent some little old rugs, and they did a great job with them.
