Avoid 3/6/2011

A year after purchasing a 5 series, the battery failed regularly. They stated the warranty and full service program only applies if driven 7,500+ miles annually. BMW USA declined to honor these agreements as well. After two years of miserable behavior by BMW Manhattan and filing a lemon law complaint, they solved the issue. At the end, they acknowledged missing a service bulletin regarding a flaw in the auxiliary fan switch. more

Service was average to good 2/28/2011

Brought in my X5 recently to have some accessories installed. The accessories were installed correctly without any problems but my issue is that I was initially quoted a much higher price than what was listed on their website. Also, had wanted to use a discount coupon emailed to me for 10% off accessories AND labor. Long story short, they did honor the online prices but NOT the discount coupon. Shady business practice if you ask me. Will have to see how future service visits work out before I make a final opinion. more

The gentlemen that took care of me was professional, knowledgable and really friendly. I forgot to mention that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced and they took care of it anyway. I was very happy and appreciate the work tremendously. When i got my car back it was so clean too... more

Outstanding Job 12/28/2010

I was particularly impressed with the cleaning effort put into the interior detailing of my M5. The white leather seats and center console had become very grimy and dirty -- and I asked for special attention to be paid there. They did an outstanding job at making it look like new again.
