This was my first experience with BMW of Manhattan's Service Dept, and it was a very good one. Jeffrey Cicero was extremely helpful and fast. I was happy all around with the service and plan to continue to bring my car to Jeffrey and BMW of Manhattan. more

Jeff Cicero is priceless -- such a treasure. When I decide to replace this car (a sad thought), it will probably be w/ another BMW, largely because of the excellent service Jeff provides. more

My husband and I recently visited BMW of Manhattan to shop around for a new car. We met up with Adrian Turek, who exceeded our expectations when it came to making it an enjoyable experience. He showed us a wide range of cars, explaining what would best fit our needs for a family of three. We were undecided between an X5 and X6. Adrian took the time to go over both, reviewing various options and comparing both models. The whole experience was easy and fun. Best salesperson we have worked with...his enthusiasm, expertise and friendly approach was well worth the drive to Manhattan from NJ. No local dealership could compare to the service and treatment we received. Thanks again Adrian. We can't wait to pick up our X6! more

My friend Mike and I rode our GS Adventures from eastern NC to Vermont and then rode to Manhattan to see the sites (like tourist do). Mike's bike was getting hot so we went to Manhattan BMW. Mike thought he was low on oil, added about a half Qt that he had with him. He thought it was still low so he bought a Qt and added more. Then he figured out that it was way to full. It was after the shop closed and no mechanic was able to help. The service writer Rodney, took it in the back, drained the excess oil, and made sure that Mikes bike was correct. He didn't even charge Mike labor or shop cost. Rodney was great to us. We then went upstairs and shopped with Roxanna (hot parts counter girl) and Rafael. We purchased locks to replace the ones on Mikes side cases, Oil filter socket, Oil and Filter. Rafael had to make multible trips down stairs as we shopped. Everything was great. The people are nice and very very helpful. We spent about $200 upstairs in parts while we were waiting. We hit the rode about 6:00pm and felt good about seeing Manhattan, meeting the fine folks at the Manhattan BMW store. I want to ride to Mass. next time. I Will visit again!!! I just realized that BMW of Manhattan charges 20% restocking fee for any returns. All they need to do is walk 4m from counter to storage area and bring the item which I guess would take less than 2 minutes. Should they had to bring from warehouse I would have understood, but this is not a normal parts department. What kind of Sh**t is that? I checked the price online for the same item, with exact part & manufacturer and BMW of Manhattan price is about 40% higher. I have bought parts from them several times with reasonable price, but this time they really screwed. I will never buy from these guys again. The guy I used to see is not there anymore, and the new guy talked to me as if he was an architect of BMW machines. Customer service was not nice. Pros: Nil Cons: Nil more
