I was truly very impress with the facility, the staff and the overall atmosphere. My own home BMW service center is not that good. I was truly impress and plan to utilized the BMW Manhattan Service Center as often as I can. Best BMW service I have ever experience since purchasing my BMW in 2008. Keep up the excellent service:)! more

Personally, i feel that BMW of Manhattan is the best service center I have ever visited. Very professional from the moment I make the service call to the time I pick up the vehicle. Keep up the good work.. more

Incompetent & Dishonest 4/9/2011

I recently moved to NY from another state with my 2008 335 BMW. Prior to that I had an M3. Both cars were serviced at my local BMW dealer and I was very satisfied with the routine maintenance under warranty, the friendly service, and the honesty of the staff at that dealership. more

The worst service ever a new low in service shame shame shame and I like the cars. With out people behind them I afraid there nothing mercedes Lexus suburu anyone but BMW. Never manhattan on west 57 nt street. more

My car broke down on 11th Ave and since I couldn't get to my bmw service (JMK) in NJ, I luckily was able to drive intor your facility. Jeff Caruso took extraordinary care of my car and me. Couldn't be happier with the service; would highly recommend it. more

everything went great 3/14/2011

Just took over a lease from swap a lease on a 535xi. originally was bought from dealer in long island but i live in the city, so i brought it to manhattan bmw for a regular maintenance visit. everything went great, they made me feel at home, and i will strongly consider buying my new car in 12 months from manhattan bmw. more
