I found the salesman to be very helpful. He spent as much time with me as I needed, answered all of my questions and did not try to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. Negotiating the price was also easy and pleasant. The actual purchase and pick up of the car took much less time than I have experienced at dealerships for other car brands. more

Knowledgable, Well Versed 6/13/2011

Milan was exceptionally professional and kind. He really worked with us to get a good price on the truck. He saw my partner and I at late hours in the evening and stayed longer to see us long after his work hours. Milan also assisted us in the registration process from NY to Mass which can be complicated. He is very well versed in the BMW products, and demonstrates a boat load of knowledge. He is a great guy. And although I'm living in MA., I will be back to this BMW dealer, to purchase my next vehicle from Milan. more

I was so pleased with the amazing customer service David Tannenbaum displayed The entire experience was enjoyable and I would absolutely refer my friends and family to Manhattan BMW and ofcourse David. Adrian Turek made my purchasing experience exceptional. Complete information on the product and excellent reccomendations regarding options, packages and financing. No nonsense in negotiating the purchase price. Honest disclosure as to delivery date. Appropriate time spent familiarizing me with the car once delivered. I would confidently recommend Adrian and BMW of Manhattan to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW. more

This is the second BMW I have purchased from BMW Manhattan and again the service was excellent. Roy was very accomodating with my schedule and always a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and took care in explaining all the details of the car. Jodi made the process easy and answered all my financial questions thoughtfully. Mr. Douglas Laviest is a good salesman, he took time out to walk me through the details of my purchase and tough me how to use all the features on my car, after the sale when i needed help he was always there. Worst Car Repair Service I have EVER dealt with . . period! 5/26/2011

This dealership is pathetic. I've been there twice and both times they screwed me. The first time they wanted to charge $130 to diagnose every tiny issue I wanted them to look at. I took my car back and left. more

Wonderful 5/24/2011

My Service Advisor was Wonderful. He called me to review findings and review pricing which he said he would do. The one day repair was done at my convenience and all work was finished in one day so I did not have to leave my vehicle....I will be back!!! more

Great Customer Service 5/11/2011

My experience at BMW of Manhattan was beyond my expected standards. I came on and saw all these reviews about them being horrible and even one saying that they hire people to post good reviews. I am one to say I am not a paid person to write this review. My sales person was Daniel and he was very knowledgeable in these brand of vehicles. The sales Manager, Paul Simon later came to check to see how everything was going as i was signing the lease papers to my new BMW. When my oldest turns 16 here shortly, BMW of Manhattan will be the first place I look for her first vehicle. Great Customer Service!! more
