Excellent Customer Service 4/7/2017

Professional, courteous, and helpful. Excellent interaction with Bobby during my plumbing inspection. He spent time showing me what he was looking at, pointing at things to keep an eye on, and showing me things that need to be done. He also spent more time than anyone should expect to fix a slow drip on a bathroom sink with what he had available. more

Wanted to Thanks Layne B for the extraordinary customer service. He was very customer focused and answered all questions and concerns. He also gave complete details as to the nature of the maintenance and what would be done to complete it. Chris, was responsive, knowledgeable and on time. He answered all my questions and set up additional appointments for service of our HVAC. Asked him to also get a quote for installing a dishwasher that needs a little plumbing. He immediately contacted his office and let me know that someone would call to give me a quote and set up an appointment. I would use Aux Mechanical again and hope that Chris is the one who comes for the service. more

HVAC tech 2/2/2017

Aux has helped us with a few different things since we moved in 3 years ago and each time the technicians have been on time and professional. Coty came out today to fix a problem with our AC. He was polite, explained the problem, explained AUX's maintenance plans but didn't pressure me to buy, and best of all had us up and running again quickly. Great service and reasonable prices. more

If you are looking for someone that trustworthy and knowledgeable then Aux Mechanical would be a great resource. I was very impress with the work they provided me at a fair price. I have used plumbers in the past that I wasn't really confident that I was been given the correct information. This was not the case with Aux! more

Home inspection items addressed 1/12/2017

Chris S. was awesome -- fixed everything on the list. Was extremely professional. I never leave people to work in my home without somebody being here, but I went back to work and Chris locked up my house nice and safe. Chris called when he was done and told me everything that he had done and where the paperwork was done. And my dogs loved him too!! more

Layne was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was one of the best service visits of any kind we have ever had. They took their time and did the job well and explained everything in plain English. They went over the possibilities with me and their extended package but it never felt like a sales pitch. We are definitely staying with AUX for every service they offer. more
