On Saturday 12/3/2016 Jon came to my house to deal with a plumbing problem (leaking pressure value on my hot water heater) that I reported yesterday (Friday). Because of a series of uncontrollable factors Jon was not able to be dispatched to my house until Saturday. However, the Dispatcher (Sommer) was very carefully to keep me informed about the status of the service call - updated me 3 times throughout the day. This was very unusual in my experience and was greatly appreciated because when it became apparent that the plumber could not get to me on Friday I was able to take care of some other business instead of sitting in my house wondering if the plumber was coming or not. When Jon arrived this morning he was prompt, professionally dressed, clean and was careful to place his shoe covers on when entering the house. He diagnosed the problem and outlined 4 possible options for me, allowed my wife and me time to evaluate the options and then proceeded to fix the problem. Throughout the entire service call he was helpful and professional. He was so professional, in fact, in addition to getting the problem fixed I purchased a service agreement for my plumbing, air conditioner/heater and electrical system. I had a service agreement for 30 years with another company but after they were purchased by a national company their service suffered. I had been looking for another company to take their place. The service provided by Sommer and Jon F was outstanding and just what I was looking for. I am extremely happy with the service of AUX Mechanical. more

i"m very satisfied with the work the plumber done for me and had no problem doing it , he was easy to work with he he listen to what i had to say and he went and checked to see what was needed to be done explained to me and also quoted the price to do it and i was happy with the quote and i signed to have the work done, he done it and i was very satisfied because he done it in a timely manner , thanks a million james more

Last year we had a leak in our main water feeder line which was repaired but very late in the day/early evening. I was a little concerned that the conditions (not the ability of the repairman) would possibly lead to problems in the future but the repair appeared to be holding. A couple of days ago I checked my meter and discovered a continuous flow of water and a subsequent check of the ground beneath the straw in the flowerbed revealed leaking water. A call to AUX resulted in a quick followup call by James and a complete resolution of the problem at no cost. Kudos to the company for standing behind their work and a special thanks to James for his professionalism and commitment to making the repair right. I would not hesitate calling AUX for future plumbing issues and would be sure to ask for James. more

Aux has always been a highly dependable and professional company. Whether it be plumbing or heating and cooling. I have always been pleased and completely satisfied. I have been a customer for years and I never think of calling another service. Jon was no exception on my latest call. Needed a toilet replaced and it was done in a fast efficient and no fuss manner. Chris Scott is the utmost professional each time he comes into our office for maintenance for our system. He explains everything he has performed to me in a while that I can understand.
