They worked on the wrong unit when I told them i wanted a refund for the work that was provided considering he cleaned a unit that of which was cleaned 8 days earlier and was the only unit working and never even looked at the one that was broken the field supervisor told me that he had done a good job and i would not be getting a refund. So I guess stealing and lieing to people is doing a good job. This company is crooks the entire time the tech (owners son) was at my house he tryed to sale me a preventative maintence plan which I repeatedly declined. He even told me how he tricks people into thinking its a good deal by telling them that they would have to get this done and pay for it seperate and pay for travel time. And that their unit is going to be broken unless its recharged twice a year. they are liers, cheats, and I have been waiting on the 74.99 check that they finally agreed to refund me only after I said I was going to contact the BBB for three weeks. Theyre are the scum of the Air Conditioning world. I would by a window unit before I let these guys back into my yard. thats my personal thoughts.
