Plumbing estimate 2/21/2015

Gene Gray gave me an estimate on replacing my water heater. He was great at explaining my options and the new government regulations. AUX has become my go-to source for all things HAVC, plumbing and electrical! They have the best customer service and reliable, on-time technicians. more

Michael was courteous and pleasant at all times, very thorough and knowledgeable about what he was doing to solve my issues. He was also concerned with how one act might adversely affect other things in the house and shared his concerns with me before asking me to do something. No pressure from him to choose his company to perform the repairs necessary. This is the second time I have had Aux to the house to perform services for me and both times the tech was very impressive as far as manners and knowledge about their field. I will keep Aux on speed dial and tell my friends that need plumbing or HVAC services that this is the company to choose. more

My yearly maintenance was done by Chris, he performed his job in a professional, efficient manner, explaining what he did and why. He is a friendly, pleasant young man and I was very satisfied with his work. more
