Layne was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was one of the best service visits of any kind we have ever had. They took their time and did the job well and explained everything in plain English. They went over the possibilities with me and their extended package but it never felt like a sales pitch. We are definitely staying with AUX for every service they offer.
