Professional, courteous, and helpful. Excellent interaction with Bobby during my plumbing inspection. He spent time showing me what he was looking at, pointing at things to keep an eye on, and showing me things that need to be done. He also spent more time than anyone should expect to fix a slow drip on a bathroom sink with what he had available.
