Great, efficient, friendly, professional 8/7/2012

I have had my hearing aids for about two years and they are great. I hardly notice them - sometimes having to rapidly leave the shower to take them out. Dr Anzola and her staff are friendly, efficient, and welcoming. They treat patient/client as a real person about whom they sincerely care. I highly recommend Dr Anzola. more

I had noticed that I continually had to ask people that were speaking to me to repeat themselves. Finally, it occurred to me, that the issue was my hearing not simply "soft" voices. I went to Dr Anzola for a hearing test. The results were that I was missing over 50 of the most often used sounds. Within a week I was wearing a new hearing aid and I have quit asking the question "What did you say?" I can now hear voices even with background noises. The office was very professional, equipment is state of the art and the results are remarkable. more

After years of avoiding hearing aids, I am glad I encountered Ascent and it's service team. 7/26/2012

I have been avoiding hearing aids for at least the last ten years. Finally, under pressure from the family I encountered Ascent and decided to learn about their "Invisible" product. It truly is invisible, yet it is doing the job. I am hearing sounds I have not heard in years. I am understanding people speak better than I have in recent memory. I also recommend the peole that truly appear to care about their clients - especially Tricia Benjamin who I have spent the most time with. she understands, communicates and relates. I highly recommned her and Ascent. more

I've been using the services of Dr. Anzola and her Ascent staff for 6 months starting on 30 January 2012. Before then, I had been wearing inner ear hearing aides for both ears for many years from another firm. I wasn't totally happy with those aides because they had become behind the technology curve. Based on Dr. Anzola's counseling, I changed to Receiver-in-Canal hearing aides which she programmed to the proper hearing system controls. I am totally happy with these aides. I can now select the proper control option according to certain situations -- restaurant/party noises, loudness and softness speaking, theatre/distances, etc. I have been extremely impressed by the excellent performance and credentials of Dr. Anzola and her staff. These have been applied very well. They all have provided professional and knowledgeable services accompanied with patience and understanding to fit the needs of customers. I happily will continue to use the outstanding services of Ascent. more
