Great, friendly service and products! 3/17/2013

Dr. Anzola is very friendly and competent. Her staff is very responsive and helpful. Dr. Anzola took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. She uses state-of-the-art equipment and offers a range of high-quality hearing aids at different price points and performance characteristics. A supply of batteries, and a number of follow-ups were included in the price. After I tested my hearing aids for a couple of weeks, Dr. Anzola made adjustments to my hearing aids to improve the performance of the "Restaurant" setting.. I have been very pleased with the entire experience, and really enjoy being able to hear the things I was missing. more

Both the office staff and doctor were friendly and professional. Any problem I had was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I felt after my hearing was evaluated that the hearing aids established the best correction possible. The doctor also worked with me about certain situations when I could adjust them to work more efficiently. more

Dr. Anzola and her staff have been excellent professionally and are very knowledgeable about hearing issues. They are extremely corteous and prompt in fulfilling the needs of my hearing aids. 3/12/2013

I started as a patient of Dr. Anzola in August 2012. Since then, Dr. Anzola has been all the time very patient in helping me adjust to the new hearing aids which I had never used before; it has been difficult to adapt to them but with her patience and professionalism it has been less challenging and easier to adapt to the new life style. It is nice to go to her office always. more

Appointments are seen on time. Analysis and recommendations are professional, and competent. Follow-up is outstanding. Overall, about as good an experience as you can get with hearing aids. more

Very satisfied 3/1/2013

Not having had hearing aids before, I have nothing to compare it with, but I was dissatisfied a number of years ago with another audiologist and his office manner, so I wanted to try another, knowing I probably needed hearing aids. Dr. Anzola was very professional, had a nice office style and the office was very responsive; the check up visits have been organized, on time (that's important) and to the point. I would recommend her and the office to others. more

After reading over several of the reviews for Ascent Audiology, the question is what can I add? Everyone seems as pleased with the service as I was. Dr. Teresa Martin was the audiologist there who tested my hearing and the fitting of my hearing aids. She was pleasant, patient, and carefully, with computer charts and explanations, helped me understand how my hearing could best be improved. She even contacted the audiologist near our summer home in Maine to be certain that I would have someone there familiar with the hearing aids prescribed for me when I was there. On top of all that, free parking at Ascent is perfectly convenient--right at the door. more

New to Ascent 2/21/2013

I'm a new client and I pick-up my hearing aids today. I was not happy to hear that I need them, but Dr. Anzola and I had a frank discussion so I'm enthusiastic to hear those high tones I'm missing. Dr. Anzola served my mother-in-law well and she was in a nursing home and not very cooperative, but Dr. Anzola was able to service her hearing aids. Thank you, look forward to years of great hearing! more

Dr. Anzola was very professional and really helped me with the best selection for hearing aids. She was very understanding during my follow-up visit as well, and helped tune the devices after my first two weeks of wearing them. I will definitely recommend her to others! more

I have had my hearing aids for about one and a half years. I have to say they are excellent. Based on your individual problem, Dr Anzola recommends the type of hearing aid that she believes will work best for you. Then you pick the particular one that you prefer. In all my contacts with her, Dr Anzola listened carefully and the results show it. After I got my hearing aids, she adjusted them until the levels are just where I want them. more

This is my second time trying hearing aids and working with Dr. Ansola & Christine was a wonderful experience. Dr. Ansola takes the time to explain everything and will keep adjusting the aids until you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. Ansola. An added bonus is Prada ( Dr. Ansol's dog). She adds to the friendliness of the office. more

If you need a hearing pro, this is the place to go. 1/20/2013

I have a lot of demands for hearing aids because I am a musician and teacher of little kids with little voices. It took awhile to find the correct hearing appliance and Dr. Anzola guided me through the process with a lot of encouragement and professionalism until we found what works best for me. This is a people-oriented business and they really want to do what's best for their clients. Highly recommended. more

WHAT WE FEAR THE MOST IS THE UNKNOWN! Exploring the need and use for aids to enhance hearing certainly falls in that category. But on my first contact with ASCENT, that fear melted away! Dr. Teresa Martin's friendly and helpful manner quickly brought to light what my hearing status was and what mechanics and alternatives would be availale to help overcome my hearing deficiences. Her approach continued after the aids were received and put to use for a trial period. She was very patient in working with me and making adjustments to increase hearing effectiveness. more

Did a hearing test and was very pleased:-) 1/13/2013

I went for problems I was having with my old hearing aid. Dr. Anzola was very patient, efficient and friendly. She eased all my worries and did a thorough hearing test taking the time to explain what I need to say or do at every step. I went back to get my new hearing aids and she was just as patient and efficient. I learnt from her how to better care for my new hearing aids and what to expect of them. In my previous experience when I got my old aids from another place they never took the time to do all that. I am truly pleased with my experience. more

Dr. Anzola was very helpful in fitting me with two new hearing aids and then doing two adjustment sessions to get them just right. I am now hearing better in both ears than I have in many years. more
