Service 11/25/2013

A few weeks ago my husband and I underwent hearing tests with Dr. Anzola and her staff at Mclean office We were warmly greeted by the staff with friendly smiles putting us at ease. The audiologist Dr. Anzola patiently and carefully explained the test results so we understood exactly what to expect and what needs to be corrected. I love my new hearing aids 11/20/2013

I love my new hearing aids. Ascent Audiology & Hearing in McLean has led me through the process of testing and given me the information I need to care for them and to obtain the maximum benefits of using these light unobtrusive and very comfortable aids. Dr. Anzola and her friendly competent staff are sufficient, knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. If you are having hearing loss I highly recommend Ascent and Dr. Anzola. more

Outstanding, caring, professional service above and beyond anything i have experienced before!!. 11/19/2013

I have suffered hearing loss going back to my military service - sixty years ago. I came to the end of the road in 2004, when a brain scan found that I had a tumor on my left ear nerve; never to to have the use of my left ear again. I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Anzola a number of years ago at a seminar in Reston. At that time I wasI was highly taken with her vast knowledge, professionalism, and caring manner. I was so impressed with her abilities and candor; I felt she was the one who could optimize my ability to hear better. The past three years that I've been a patient of Dr. Anzola she has been able to maximize my hearing ability beyond anything I could have imagined; in spite of having one ear to work with. more

THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER! 11/8/2013

My husband has a 90% hearing impairment caused from a fall sixteen years ago. I thought I was getting him excellent care all these years, but discovered I was wrong when I met Dr. Anzola ...she is extraordinary! He is hearing better for the first time since his accident. She is very kind and patient with him. We are both thrilled with her and love Christine! more

Great combination of professional services and product 10/29/2013

I already had a hearing aid from a national company when I received a circular from Ascent. I made an appointment just to checkout the technology, not intending to buy. The appointment went well. Dr. Kelly was excellent and experienced. I went home with a unit and after two followup appointments to address any issues I decided to switch and keep the units. So far customer service is excellent. "Just the facts --- no pressure." more

Judy should have her hearing examined and wanted to find a reliable audiology firm in our Centreville, VA home area. Our family physician suggested we call Dr. Ana Anzola of Ascent Audiology in McLean for her help. She answered our call and gave us contacts nearer our residence area and followed up that call with additional prospects. Dr. Anzola was immensely helpful, knowledgeable about our needs and so friendly, we decided on the spot to ask for an appointment with her in McLean. Judy kept her appointment, she was diagnosed to require hearing assistance in both ears. Insurance covered nearly half of the cost and we learn more with each visit to Ascent. We are happy commuters to and from McLean and Centreville with accent on Ascent. more

My appointment was in the Rockville office. From making the initial appointment, testing, deciding which hearing program I needed to receiving and fine tuning the device - the entire process could not have been more professional and yet very individually directed. I would recommend this office for anyone interested in hearing help. more

The ultimate in hearing care 10/11/2013

Dr. Anzola has provided hearing care for a dear friend of ours who lives out of town. Her hearing is significantly compromised, and Dr. Anzola has found a solution that opened her world back up.. Dr. Anzola's indepth knowledge along with her primary focus to help her patients is beyond our expectations as she always has gone out of her way to meet our friend's needs. She ensures that all our questions are answered, solves problems that could not be resolved by other audiologists, keeps us away from techology that sounds great but won't help our friend and ensures our friend's care continues when she returns home. She is definitely a role model for other doctors!!! more

Very satisfied with results 10/9/2013

I travel over an hour and a half to get to the Dr. Anzola at the McLean office. This speaks for my confidence and assurance that I am getting the best advice and treatment available. Dr. Anzola spent an incredible amount of time customizing my hearing aids and she would not give up until I was totally satisfied with the results. That was a couple of years ago and I am still making the trip! more

In the two years that I have dealt with Ascent Audiology I have met with four doctors who seem to share the same work ethic of placing the customer first and going the extra mile to provide complete satisfaction. An excellent example is that the two year warranty I received for my hearing aid has now been extended th three, a great comfort given the cost of hearing aids. They make a special effort to teach cuastomers the best ways of keeping heaing aids in good condition. I would readily recommend Ascent to anyone interested in a resolution of their hearing problem. more
