Wonderful experience!! 9/17/2013

I highly recommend Dr. Anzola!! She fit me with hearing aids about 2 months ago. It was difficult for me to accept that I finally needed begin wearing them. She was good at explaining the process to me and was very kind and patient with my many questions. I am happy to have her as my doctor! more

Wonderful Results! 9/16/2013

My Mother is 85 years old and recently relocated from SC to live here in VA. Setting up new physicians was time consuming but we found Dr. Anzola and Ascent Audiology. What a difference in her quality of life thanks to the patience extended by Dr. Anzola and Christine. Thank you, thank you! more

Dr Anzola is very informative about various hearing aids that would be appropriate for my hearing loss. She explains each option clearly and in a relaxing manner making someone comfortable about asking questions. Appointments are easy to schedule and promptly acknowledged never waiting too long once arriving at Dr Anzola's office. Her staff is very courteous and friendly. When entering the doors I was greeted promptly, with a friendly smile from Beth. She is very pleasant, personable and very professional. Dr. Anzola and her staff are amazing. They helped me work through the special challenges I have as a musician so that now my hearing functioning as well as before my hearing loss. Both Dr. Anzola and her staff work overtime to make sure every aspect of their service is comfortable for the client. They truly have their patients' best interest in the forefront of their thoughts. more

She knows her stuff, and she's very pretty. The coffee is very good. The hearing aids are expensive but probably state of the art, which means they're still not real dependable. more

My Mother is 95 years old and it is always a challenge for anyone to treat someone of that age. Dr. Anzola is patient and gentle and gets the results. We are lucky to have her as our audiologist. more

still having problems hearing 8/22/2013

i was hoping for better results as i still have a very hard time hearing. also, there is always a long wait time during the appointment, between 15 - 30 mins. this is too much. more
