Super service from Marcie, the "genie" who grants all my hearing wishes. Reception staff also very friendly and supportive. Only negative was an insurance issue and that was resolved later.. more

Excellent Experience and Service 6/16/2013

Dr. Anzola is truly a professional. She is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough in not only providing audiology service, but also in teaching her patient how to properly use and care for hearing aids. Careful, purposeful, good listening to situation, options offered, and very knowledgeable professional care at Ascent. A choice offered by my general practitioner, Kenneth Lee. I recommend all who cannot hear well to go for it - it will change your life. more

After 40 years of looking, Ascent is the "Best in the World" 5/20/2013

Over a 40 year period I have been fitted for Hearing Aids in London and Manchester in England, and Houston and Philadelphia in the USA, Ascent is the best. While I know I will never hear perfectly, the improvement has been excellent and the care and kindness that Ana Anzola and her staff have shown me is also excellent. more

After my last hearing aid adjustment, I could finally hear my husband!! 5/14/2013

I started seeing Dr. Anzola a little over two years ago and was very plesed with my hearing aids. I also enjoyed the service and tips she gave to me and also my husband which helped us better our communication. After noting a recent increase in my hearing loss, the readjustment of the aids made a big difference. more

My experience with Ascent Audiology and Hearing was from the first visit very positive,professional,and more than satisfatory. After testing my hearing a mold was made for both ears. Using a computer the sound level for the aids was developed for my individual needs. Adjustments were made in subsequent weeks as needed. The personal attention I received at Ascent Audiology was extraordinary with unfailing courtesy and understanding. more

I recommend Ascent in Mclean, VA 4/21/2013

I've needed hearing aids for decades--too many rock concerts in the 1970's and other reasons. I'm still in the breaking-in process for my hearing aids, so I haven't yet experienced the full high-frequency compensation benefit. However, in the past two weeks I've experienced a positive change in my hearing and I look forward to experiencing the full benefits. more

Got a new pair of hearing aids recently. We';re still in the initial phase of adjusting and tweaking, but the experience so far has been great. Dr. Ansola is very tied in to listening to my reports of what's going well and what still needs work, and excellent at fine-tuning the hearing aids to improve my listening experience. more

Awesome Service Great Knoledge! 4/2/2013

Awesome! My mum has Parkinson disease and it is not about her very bad hearing only, but it is the communication and information possessing that she has difficulties as well. I was so impressed that Ascent Audiology Mclean knew exactly how to communicate and how to convince her to wear the hearing aid! She was so friendly patient and professional.
