I was personally very unhappy with my experience with Arrow plumbing. I did not contract them, but tenants of mine did when I was out of town. They charge $99 just to come out, this is not taken off the bill, and after they look at the problem, then you find out how much they are going to charge. My tenants had a faucet replaced and the charge was $562 (total). I have personally replaced many kitchen faucets, and it usually takes around an hour and a faucet costs less than $100 for a medium value faucet, and $100-200 for an excellent faucet. \r

When I called and complained about the price, I was told that these were standard prices and that they put in a really, really good faucet that I am unable to go out and buy (that was his explanation). \r

According to my bill, this was the only work that they did. According to my tenants, there were two of them and they spent nearly 2 hours replacing the faucet. I have no clue what they did to spend that amount of time. I was never given any indication by my tenants or their office that they did anything more than replace the faucet. \r

Personally, I will never call them again and was quite unhappy that my tenants did.
