Review content:
I like these guys at Arrow. I've used Jarrell (now Hallmark) and the guys were pretty rough. I tried John More, and wasn't please with that whole situation - long very frustrating story. But Arrow was great, seems like a very professional but family-run place. Not some ""call-center"" where no-one understood what I was talking about and just wanted to schedule me. The Lady in the office talked me through some of the things that I might need to think about with getting a ""tankless water heater"" that I hadn't thought about before - good advice. The Plumber who came out also talked about some good points on tankless not being the best fit for our house (even thought they could have sold it to me fore more than a regular heater). In the end, I went with their recommendation for a hybrid water heater. I'll see how things are in 10 years. But I really liked the company and they people I talked with. I'll use them again.
