Good: I've been a patent of Dr. Ross for almost ten years and he is one of the best physicians I've ever dealt with, being intelligent, quick witted and, amazing in a harried doctor these days, friendly and witty! Also I can usually see him within a few days if I have an urgent problem. I also have Kaiser medical, but I prefer seeing Dr. Ross.. Bad: Not much about Dr. Ross is not to like. His office has lovely prints and artwork (his wife is an MFA), and his staff is quick and friendly.. Improvements: Can't think of any?. Other: Seriously a good doctor, though I think it's hard to get in to being one of his regular patients.. more

Dr. Ross is an excellent doctor, in that he knows his "stuff." A friend once told me that doctors are like car mechanics. There are good ones and then there are the others. Andrew Ross knows the mechanics and has an earned history of experience, which gives him an excellent sense of intuitive insight about a patient's physical state. Andrew Ross treats the whole patient. He spends time with you when you have an appointment. I have never felt that he was on the clock. He understands that the mental/emotional state of a person is aligned with the physical. Finally, Dr. Ross has a great sense of humor, a comforting quality for a doctor to possess. John McNamara more
