Good: I've been a patent of Dr. Ross for almost ten years and he is one of the best physicians I've ever dealt with, being intelligent, quick witted and, amazing in a harried doctor these days, friendly and witty! Also I can usually see him within a few days if I have an urgent problem. I also have Kaiser medical, but I prefer seeing Dr. Ross.. Bad: Not much about Dr. Ross is not to like. His office has lovely prints and artwork (his wife is an MFA), and his staff is quick and friendly.. Improvements: Can't think of any?. Other: Seriously a good doctor, though I think it's hard to get in to being one of his regular patients..
