I arrived home Monday evening at 7:00pm to water on the ground floor of my town home due to water heater failure. I called Allgood and within 15mins someone called back and within two hours a new water heater was being installed, they were gone by 10pm and the area was cleaner than it was when he got there. I've used AllGood Plumbing and Electric a couple times, and I always request Scott. He's the only one I've worked with, and the stuff he's done, he's done well. He had his own company before, so he knew what he was doing. There was no need to come back and fix anything. He was courteous and respectful. Price-wise, their service is a little more expensive. But, you get what you pay for. You get value with the price. more

Every experience I've had with AllGood Plumbing and Electric has been good. I've used them several times and have had success every time. They've installed a garbage disposal for me and fixed some leaky faucets with great care. The prices are wonderful and I'd definitely recommend them. I met with AllGood Plumbing and Electric last spring when we had a disaster in our house. They were very expedient, so we were very happy with them. We ended up taking a "peace of mind" contract with them. Just recently we had to have a water tank replaced. The technician worked with a very high quality water tank that they had with them. AllGood Plumbing and Electric has provided a variety of plumbing work for us, such as, fixing a toilet that was not flushing properly and adjusting our water pressure. Everything has gone really well so far. Most recently though, when we called them about a gas leak from our water heater, they must have had a new person answer the phone because she said they wouldn't be able to get someone out to our home. The owner called us back to apologize and said he'd take care of it. He came out, took care of the leak, and was out of there. He was very friendly and turned a bad situation into a good one. I would recommend anyone to give them a call. They will come right out to your home and take care of the problem in a very professional way. more

First experience with Allgood. Found in Home Services Trust Dale book after calling 4 other plumbers that would not come at 8PM. Others could come the next day, but we had a problem and needed help ASAP. Lauren took our information very efficiently and Alan called, came and our problem was resolved by 10PM. The original cast iron pipes underneath the concrete floor of our garage were corroded and we were experiencing backups. Allgood Plumbing had to bust up the concrete and run a new line about thirty feet underground to meet up with the main line running down to the city sewer line. There's about five feet of piping outside the exterior wall of the garage that unfortunately was underneath about ten feet of earth. We had a retaining wall sandwiching that on one side and our porch on the other side. They had to bring a tractor and get it in there in order to dig it up. It was very complicated, but they did it with great ease. The first technician we met was Ken. I called Monday morning and he came out two hours later. I told him kind of what the problem was. We had already had another plumbing company get us a quote. He took measurements, got in contact with his supervisor, and within an hour was able to get it all together and give us a quote before he left. The supervisor called and said they could start the next day at midday. I asked them to wait until Wednesday morning so they could do all the work at once. They had said they could get it done in one day and I was very skeptical of that. Ken arrived on Wednesday morning. I wasn't even here. When I got back, the tractor was digging and two guys were busting up the garage floor. Everything was on track and I hadn't had to do a thing. It was very easy for me. Their quote was significantly less than the other two quotes we had gotten and they said they could get it done in one day while the others said it would take two or three days. They finished and put the concrete back all in one day. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. more

The ditch could have been leveled better and all the rock could have been removed. The drive of the gravel truck when off my driveway and now I have a 30 foot six inch deep ditch in my front yard. I show the driver where to go off the drive way to dump the gravel in the back. Rather than going to the top of the hill on the driveway before entering the yard. He started at the bottom and got stuck. more

We had to have a lot of plumbing work done this summer and we choose Allgood! Well let me tell you it was all good! Jim is very knowledgable, very friendly, very professional and great to work with. I say work with because he worked with us through finance questions and purchase recommendations. He truly went above and beyone what I feel he had too! We awoke yesterday to a broken water pipe in our front yard. Called Allgood plumbing and Jared was here in a couple of hours. He found the problem and hooked us up to water again, temporarily. He returned today and worked all day in 90+ weather replacing the pipe. He did an excellent job,and was very polite and efficient.I will highly recommend the company and him in particular, to our neighbors and family. more
