We thought Allgood Plumbing was very good. The technician came out to replace faulty parts in both toilets. We were seeing high bills, so hopefully he was able to correct that for us. We'll know if it's fixed when we get our next water bill. I thought they were very prompt, efficient and conducted himself in a gentlemanly and professional manner. We'd use them again. more

The people at Allgood Plumbing was just great. I searched "plumbing" on the internet, I liked the sound of their name, and decided to use them. Allgood Plumbing worked on some pipes in my house. They took pictures and showed me what the problem was. I'd tell potential customers to call Allgood Plumbing. They do good work! I would refer them, and I asked for their business card. Allgood Plumbing is a top-notch company. Plumbing, in essence is a dirty job, however their employees are impeccable and are very image conscious. They all wear clean uniforms and have GI haircuts, and are very neat workers. They promote a clean and professional image. They even wear booties while working inside. I can't say enough good things about the plumber Jim Knuckle from Allgood Plumbing! When I first met Jim, he was down-to-earth, genuine and matter-of-fact. He wasn't trying to make a sales pitch. From the word go, I liked him. I had him do a lot of work for me. First, I had Jim switch out my toilets to low flow toilets. He was very glad to come back to adjust them. Then I had him install a tank-less water heater. The company I ordered it from sent out the wrong kind, so we got off to a bumpy start. But Jim's patience was grueling while they worked out the right tank. He did a marvelous job under the circumstances. So far, it's been great and well worth the frustration, my gas bill has dropped at least $10 a month! This was such a good decision. Jim was very knowledgeable and detailed in telling me where to send the different rebates and when they were due. I got $300 back in rebates and $200 from the EPA, so Jim definitely helped me to save money! After that, I decided to have a filtration installed in my whole house. Jim had to figure all that out and re-route the plumbing which wasn't easy at all! There were a couple of issues and Jim came right out to straighten everything out. I cannot say enough good things about the way Jim behaved under difficult circumstances he did not anticipate. I like the way he turned a frustrating incident into a victory situation and how he got above it. I could not be happier with my decision to use them and with who they sent out. Jim is experienced, knowledgeable and can carry a good conversation! He even told me that he appreciated that I was there to turn on the water, check the flow and temperature and to smell for odors in the water. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I am a repeat customer of Allgood Plumbing, and I have and will continue to recommend. Richard was the guy who came out most recently, and he was very professional. He kept me informed of everything that was going on with the changing out of the tank. He tried to get me the equivalent of what I had already installed, and he went above and beyond to find that tank. That brand was not carried in my area, but he got it for me at a very reasonable price, and went above and beyond what he had to do to get me what I wanted. Athena Evert more

This was the first time I used Allgood Plumbing and they were prompt, efficient and very nice. They were very knowledgeable and thorough and did a great job. I had a little issue with a leaky faucet after they left, but they came back first thing in the morning and took five minutes to fix it. I have no qualms in recommending them. more
