They've come out twice for me on an emergency basis. They are extremely reasonable with pricing and I found them very thorough and honest. I was very comfortable using them, and leaving them in my house with me not home. more

Allgood Plumbing installed a new hot water heater in my home. At my husband's request, they came out on a Sunday. When the gentleman arrived, he went straight to work. He answered our questions when we had them and he cleaned up after himself before leaving. He was awesome! I have to say that I have used another plumbing company in the area and after using Allgood, I would not go back. They really are what their name says, all good. more

As good an experience as it can be when a sewer line and a water line break at the same time. 4/2/2013

We had a nasty situation and some structural work was involved. I had just had knee surgery and it was just not a good time, but Allgood Plumbing managed to get the issue taken care of. more

The plumber from Allgood Plumbing was very good and finished the work quickly. He was very pleasant. He even crawled under the house to finish the job. I had no problems with him. He was efficient, working until the job was finished. I would definitely use them again. more

Smooth Experience 1/11/2013

We woke up on a Saturday morning to find the hot water heater busted and leaking all over the garage. I called Allgood Plumbing and they were able to come out that day and install a new on, on the spot. It was a great experience. more

These people are the worst plumbers I have ever seen! The guy who owns this company, Melvin, is terrible to his customer! He is so hateful and cussing them out when he can! I will never recommend them and neither will my neighborhood! more

Great, knowledgeable 7/23/2012

Allgood Plumbing has very knowledgeable technicians. The first plumber was very good and he took care of what needed to be taken care of with my toilet. He had someone come out for the second visit when the problem resurfaced two days later (due to old plumbing). It required a lot of work and a new high-volume flush toilet. He installed a commercial grade toilet and now it works well. more

Outstanding service. 5/8/2012

I had Allgood Plumbing come in and install a water filtration system for my whole house, and they came in and did the copper work. I purchased the filters own my own, and they did the installations. While I was selecting filters, I consulted with a technician who gave me a good suggestions on the type of filter to get and some specific guidelines to follow. I also bought a filtration system for the kitchen, which he also installed, and the whole process took about 2.5 hours. They did solid work and a good job with the cleanup. I can't speak highly enough about the actual technician, Harrison. During the selection process, which took me 2-3 weeks, I had his cell phone number, and we talked back and forth about systems and the best suited purchase for my home. They did a phenomenal job with the installation, and it has been fantastic since they installed it. more

I shopped around for a plumbing company and went with Allgood Plumbing because they were actually honest based on the questions I asked them. They installed new heating elements and thermostats in my home and did a nice job. more

I have used Allgood Plumbing twice now. They responded very quickly and came when they said they were going to. They were very tidy and both times Richard came, he put coverings on his shoes even though I told him he didn't have to. He examined the problem, told me the cost, and asked me if I still wanted to do it. It was exactly the price he said when I paid. He had the replacement materials on the truck and came prepared. It was a very pleasant experience. Afterwards, a representative called to check and make sure the work was done properly. more

Efficient, competent, knowledgeable, professional, and timely. 2/28/2012

I've ready recommended Allgood Plumbing three times to others. I always ask for the same technician, Richard Flemming. The experience is always five stars with Richard. He was the first plumber to come by my house, and I was more than satisfied with his work, knowledge, politeness, and efficiency. I always ask for him now. Allgood Plumbing has always responded in very timely ways. They're very professional, and I've always gotten good service. And as I said, I found this tech, Richard, who came out and was efficient, knowledge, competent, and polite. Whenever I have a need, I request the same person. We've had Richard come by two or three times now for help with plumbing, and my husband and I are both comfortable with him. I've already recommended Richard and Allgood to someone in my neighborhood, who went ahead and used them for some work. more

I had to have a water heater replaced, and Allgood Plumbing was excellent. They were very thorough, and the work they did was excellent. Everything looked great, even better than the way it was before, and the service gentleman was impeccable. He was very conscientious about not leaving a mess everywhere, and he cleaned up everything. It was awesome, just the way a lady would like it. more

Very knowledgeable and good service, but high price. 2/7/2012

They put on a new pressure reduction valve because our pressure was to high. That was fine, and he was a knowledgeable and competent plumber. I found Allgood Plumbing to be extremely expensive and I ended up using a different plumber for some of the work because of that. Everything that they quoted me was very pricey. more

This was my first time using their services. They were at our house within an hour of the incident occurring. They gave us a very reasonable bid and arrived the next day on time to begin the work. They finished up faster than what they had predicated. I will absolutely use them again. more
