Worst

The ditch could have been leveled better and all the rock could have been removed. The drive of the gravel truck when off my driveway and now I have a 30 foot six inch deep ditch...

Why did we get the horrible person? 9/23/2014

Simple job. Flapper needed replaced. I wanted them to come out because my husband was going out of town. Used their "toilet tune up" coupon. Guy came out, confirmed small leaking into bowl. Said it would cost us $325! You can buy every part to replace inside the toilet for $50! And the job would take 30 minutes tops. I guess they charge $275 an hour. Completely insulted. Trying to warn people. more

Plumbing technician 8/12/2014

Thanks to the Money Mailer which had arrived Monday, I found the flyer for Allgood Plumbing, noted 24-hour service and called about 6:30 AM. By 9:15 Jared was here, and I could not be more pleased with his courteous, professional and reassuring attitude. My neighbor was experiencing the same difficulty with her toilet and cold water, and she saw the truck and shared her story. Jared immediately called his office to see if there was a local problem with the lines and then reassured me that the problem was working itself out. His demeanor and attitude ceterainly helped diffuse anxiety and fear of a major problem. The flyer is now posted on the magnetic board (in hopes that I don't have to use it again but would certainly do so if needed.) more

Electrical Service Call 8/10/2014

UPDATE: I've changed my review from 1/5 to 4/5 after AllGood resolved the situation. 1 chose 1/5 stars because there wasn't an option to give 0 or negative stars. The electrician from All Good who came to my door totally ripped me off. He threatened me with a $150 service fee just for coming to the door, then looked at my doorbell and said it was unfixable. He said I had to pay another $100 because he had made the diagnosis. Then he hastily and poorly installed a battery operated doorbell from Home Depot that I could have bought and installed myself for $25. He left a mess in the house where he worked (electical wire clippings on the floor; a big hole in the drywall where he took out the broken doorbell) and in the driveway (packaging material from the Home Depot doorbell and more electrical clippings). So All Good really stole $225 for bad workmanship that I could have done myself. It made me question the other past work I had their plumbing service do in my house - did they rip me off too? Now I don't know anymore. I would recommend that you stay away from this company. more

This review is highly biased. We charged this customer $209.76 total, so we are not sure where they are getting $225.00 from? This work was performed in June, and we were just made aware of this now. If a customer ever has an issue with our work or a technician we always urge them to contact our company immediately so as to resolve the situation. Once we learned of this customer’s dissatisfaction, we initiated contact in an effort to resolve her concerns. We issued a partial refund at the customer's request and we considered the matter resolved. We are sorry to learn through this negative review that she felt it necessary to distort the facts. We feel as though our efforts went above and beyond to place the customer first, which, is always our priority.

Great Job! Thanks James! 8/6/2014

We had several issues in the house 2 toilets, the garbage disposal and the kitchen sink. James spent 9 hours here replacing the pipe under our house, finding and replacing the pump to an expensive discontinued toilet and putting in a new garbage disposal and pipes. He did an excellent job and took care of some major issues in the house. We thought all the work done was a very fair price and will be using this company and him in particular again in the future. more

Quick and reasonable 8/5/2014

I contacted Allgood from a coupon flyer in the mail to take care of a few plumbing-related jobs. Scott P was my service technician and he was great. No worry about the carpet as they show up with covers over their shoes. Scott was friendly and courteous. I walked him through the issues and he gave great suggestions on what to fix and what we could take care of ourselves. Plumbing issues are expensive no matter what, so be prepared for some amount of sticker shock, but I felt the charges were reasonable. They will work with you and are not out to "get you." Scott was efficient and had everything done within a couple of hours with no problems. I will definitely be using them in the future. more

Excellent Service 8/1/2014

Had issues with some electrical outlets and Brian C from All Good Plumbing/Electric came out to my house. He was the ultimate professional. On time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He addressed and fixed all the issues and took the time to explain everything. I never felt like he was rushing to another job. I would absolutely recommend Brian C and All Good Plumbing and Electric and I plan on calling them again if any other issues crop up. more

Great Plumbing Repair 7/14/2014

Doug P from Allgood Plumbing & Electric did a terrific job replacing our kitchen faucet and replacing the failing mechanism of a leaking toilet. He was personable, communicative, skilled and efficient. The final cost was very competitive and reasonable. We would recommend him and Allgood highly. more

Andrew was polite and efficient. He installed a ceiling fan and was very careful about being neat and clean. He put covers on his shoes and a cover across the bed to make sure he didn't leave any mess, etc. Thank you Andrew for a great job. more

Hard working Terry Hall 7/5/2014

Terry went above and beyond correcting mistakes made by previous owners. He spent two full days even missing lunch one day to get us up and running. He was courteous, prompt and worked very hard cleaning everything up when he was done. The plumbing repairs were in tight spaces and difficult. He gave us specific cost options on equipment and services without a hard sell. We will ask for Terry specifically if we need future plumbing repairs. more

Allgood Plumbing experience 6/27/2014

Jared S. was very efficient, mannerly, kind, and honest. The visit was for a refrigerator icemaker cut off to be put behind the refrigerator, which was presently in the crawlspace. While he was here we mentioned another problem with loud noises every time we used any faucet, toilet, etc. He diagnosed the problem with a faulty valve at the water cut off in the basement. He explained everything in detail, and fixed it also. Allgood's prices seem a little high to me, but I feel confident in the job done, and I feel they would stand behind the job if if wasn't satisfactory. more
