I just wanted to say that Doug did a fantastic job on the plumbing work that was needed at our house. We needed a broken pipe fixed due to the freezing weather this past winter. I have had the pleasure of calling upon these folks a few times in the last several months. Their readily available and professional on the phone, have consistently beat (yes in today's world apparently some companies can still do this) their appointment time, and have been outstanding with the in-home work they've provided. Excellent customer service received from sales to service, including the office staff! Harrison C. provided helpful information needed to make an informed decision when purchasing my Navien NPE-240A Condensing Tankless Hot Water Heater. Both removal of the old water heater and installation of the new tankless system was completed in the same day. Andrew W., an electrician, provided immediate attention to address an electrical need. Both service technicians were courtesy, professional, and knowledgeable with their trade. Our family of six could not be more thrilled by the idea of having endless hot water. No more drawing the short straw on who is last to bathe. The tankless system is energy efficient and expected to generate a cost savings on our gas bill . Price quoted by Harrison was very reasonable and much less than one of the Costco "preferred" providers. The company even offers 12 months same as cash financing to qualified buyers. Allgood has an A+ BBB rating and an "A" rating on Angie's List (the highest rating given - based on 215 reviews and counting). My husband and I could not be more pleased with our decision to choose Allgood Plumbing & Electric. Our positive experience is definitely one to share with family, friends, and neighbors. When Jared Smith came to provide an estimate, he quickly identified my problems and gave the me the estimate, which I approved (for a new water heater, sink valve, toilet installation, and kitchen faucet troubleshooting). The next day he called to let me know that he would be late due to the fact that the computer system was down at the supplier. I appreciated being kept informed. When he arrived, performed all the work expertly and was very courteous while he was here. My only reason for four instead of five stars is that Allgood's prices are on the high side, so I will probably get estimates from several companies in the future. more

I can't say enough good things about Rodney and the team at Allgood. Rodney diagnosed the problem quickly, determining that our main drain pipe from the house to our septic tank needed replacing. The next day he and a team of subcontractors (also excellent) were out by 9am to start digging. Their attention to detail, technical expertise and top-notch customer service was just top notch. The front office always alerted us promptly to when the technicians were going to arrive, and the techs -actually- arrived when they said they would. This company is all about customer service and getting the job done right with as little hassle as possible. I'll never look any further the next time I need a plumber. more

We were very pleased with Rodney's service. He did not try to sell anything and provided us with all of the options available to us. Additionally, he showed up at the time he said he would and called to let us know he was on his way. When installing he was quick and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and walked me through what he did. He even showed me things to look for so I know when issues arise. We will use All Good again and I will ask for Rodney in the future as well. more

Experience was amazing! Sabrina was friendly and funny on the phone, scheduled me immediately, and Gareth (my tech) was completely professional, friendly, and again, actually fun to work with. Who knew plumbing could be fun? Everything was explained in detail up front, and the entire process of being paperless and using IPads was really cool. Overall, this couldn't have been any better if he had brought fresh baked cookies. I'm never calling another plumbing service. These guys have my business for good. And somebody give these two employees a bonus!! more
