I had entertained the idea of a tankless water heater. James Nuckles gave me all the information about a tankless versus a regular heater and I chose a 50 gallon, He installed it in about an hour and I was very pleased with the results, Good folks. more

Allgood Plumbing sent Ken out after we found our 13 year old gas water heater had sprung a number of leaks and dumped gallons of water all over our basement. Ken showed up on time, assessed the situation, confirmed our fears, and gave us a price. He had everything he needed on the truck and got started pretty quick. Ken was knowledgeable and skilled and fielded every question I had without making me feel stupid for asking it. I'm not sure if it was out of courtesy or inability to multitask, but he stopped working to answer my questions, but even with this he drained the old heater, got it out to his truck, and installed the new one in 90 minutes. I voluntarily "helped" by shutting off the house's main feed, opening faucets, and grabbing a hose I had handy so he didn't have to go to his truck, but I didn't feel it was required. Ken left the area tidy and was conscious of his surroundings: no damaged doors, drywall, burned wood or even solder splatters (there were some splatters, you can't help this, he cleaned them up thought). Payment was easy via a tablet with a card swipe app. All the points of contact with Allgood were courteous and I'm happy with their work, but I hope I never need them again. more

When the temperatures seriously dipped, they took care of me so my outdated plumbing wouldn't freeze. Alan came up with creative options and stayed until all my concerns were addressed. I had peace of mind that my pipes wouldn't leak with the thaw--and they didn't! more

I called them for a couple of minor problems, which their representative Mr. Malloy fixed quickly, and in addition I was provided with some valuable information about general plumbing questions. Most importantly, Mr. Malloy did not try to "upsell" me! I have come to hate asking for general information from service reps because they tend to try to get you to buy services or make repairs that are unnecessary. Mr. Malloy earned my trust and respect, and I will gladly recommend Allgood to anyone in need of plumbing service. more

James, our technician, had all the right answers to our questions. He encouraged us to ask questions during the repairs. Also, he was very patient and took his time when we were going over the options we had for service. We will ask for him when we have any future plumbing issues. more

I recently called Allgood after noticing that my water heater was leaking, typical for a 12 year old unit. They told me they would try and get someone there by mid afternoon. John arrived, gave me an assessment, and told me he could complete the job by noon the next day. He delivered as promised, and, on time ! John and Jonathan were thorough, professional, and cleaned up after finishing. Had I not had to pay them for the work performed, I wouldn't have noticed they were in my home. Everything was completed satisfactorily beyond my expectations and I have only glowing reviews for both John and Jonathan. James N. came to my home on December 26, 2013 to replace my old garbage disposal; reconfigured the utility sink in my laundry room that had been improperly installed by a previous owner; and repaired a toilet in my hall bathroom that was loose. James explained each issue he found and showed me where the problems were. He was friendly and professional. more

Dispatch did not send pertinent facts about job to tech but he adapted and made repair anyway same day. Avoided household caring for elderly parent being without working bathrooms another 24 hours though it caused him a long Saturday. more

Danny was exceptional. He was able to provide more water pressure to a faucet that my husband was not able to figure out. He also explained in detail the advantages to replacing our existing water heater to a tank less system. I would highly recommend him and his company for any service someone may need. more

Scott did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen faucet and drain pipes. He went to Lowes and got the necessary faucet. He did an excellent installation job. He gave me an assessment regarding my water heater and it must be replaced. I will have him do so following the Christmas holidays.I am so pleased to have found such a fine man as well. more
