Hello Karl, I just wanted you to know i have had your product working just under two weeks (do to the Cold,Holidays i did not get it installed when i received it) This system is 6 1/2 years old and the drain field pipe from the tank was 3/4 full all the time and you could not take long showers or the tank and drain pipe would get full and it would take aprox 4 hours to drain back down just to the 3/4 full and never go lower. I installed it on 01/08/2010 ( I put the tubing inside of 3/4 water pipe as i am in Florida and if you only went down a few inches the air hose would get crushed if you walked on the area) Anyway now after only less than 2 weeks the Pipe is only 1/4 full and even if you take a long shower (45min)the pipe and tank never get more than half full and you can see the water run to the field and drain back to 1/4 full in aprox 30 min. I can see this as i have a clean out port from the tank to the field and it makes it easy to see what is going on with the system. Every day it gets a little bit better and i am thinking by next month all will be back to normal. Even if it dose go back to normal i will just let this system run as the cost to run it is a lot cheaper than the $38,000.00 to replace the field. Thank you for a Great Product. George more

Our septic system is nearly 20 years old and during Christmas 2008, we realized our septic system was in failure. The septic tank was overflowing at the riser and there was surface water in the yard. We called some local septic guys and learned we had been doing everything wrong. Our family used too much water: We took long showers, had laundry “days” where we would do multiple loads of wash in a day, and unbeknownst to us, we had a malfunctioning iron filter that was dumping 5 gallons of water per hour into the septic system for an undetermined length of time. As if that was not enough, a farm tile had broken in our yard. It was putting large amounts of water into the fingers of our septic field anytime the ground was saturated. The “experts” said the fingers were clogged, the system was ruined and we’d need to dig a new septic field at a cost of $25-35K. Furthermore, they were going place the finger system in our front pasture, thereby rendering the field off-limits for our hooved animals. In my mind, installing a new system was like buying a new car and burying it out in the yard so I started looking for alternatives. I consulted local governments, colleges, wastewater associations, and conducted extensive research on the internet. Fortunately, I stumbled upon the Aero-Stream product. It was the only product that seemed to made technical sense. Most people I asked supported the aerobic bacteria theory, but nobody (and I mean, nobody) wanted to go out on a limb and say it would work in reality. While doing this research, our family stopped wasting water and repaired the broken iron filter. We hoped that the septic would magically begin working again. It didn’t (not surprisingly.) So in February of 2009, my husband and I installed the Aero-Stream. Within a month or so, the water levels in the septic tank began falling. It was still occasionally overflowing but the amount and frequency became less and less. By summer, we were having no issues at all with our septic system. The water level in the septic tank has been consistently perfect. By the way, we finally fixed the broken farm tile in the yard this summer. In the process, we exposed one of the fingers with the ditch witch. In fact, we thought we had nicked the pipe but it turns out we just got too close. But do you know what came out? A bit of sludge but then clear water! So if you are having trouble with your septic due to overwhelming it with water, we suggest that you run (don’t walk) to get this product. It delivers amazing results. It is not hard to install either. We placed our unit in the crawlspace of our home and ran a longish hose out to the septic tank. The hose is out of the way beneath the grass. I personally wished I owned the Aero-Stream company. Thank you Aero-Stream for saving us thousands of dollars. more

I would like to explain the problem with the septic system at my house and how your Aero-Stream product greatly reduced our problems. Our system is about 35 years old, we started having problems of standing water in our drain field about 8 years ago. In times of heavy rain, the drain field would fill with water and drain back into the septic tank, which would fill and flow back into the basement. We needed to be very conservative in our water usage, but still could get backups during spring, and during major rainfalls. There was always water standing in drain field, I could measure it through the vent pipes. We have very heavy clay soil. We also have a small lot, we do not have an location where we could install a replacement drain field. The only recommended solution was a holding tank; this was not an acceptable alternative for a 4 bedroom, fully occupied home. I installed the Aero-Stream product last winter, and before spring it already eliminated the standing water in the drain field. We had several very heavy rains last spring, but the drain field continued to take everything our house and the clouds put into it. It has been nothing short of a miracle for us, we have gone from watching the weather radar and fearing every heavy rainfall to being virtually carefree. We have every started taking more baths again, we had cut back to only showers, to reduce water usage. more

I'm very satisfied with the product & service. It is doing exactly as they said. I recommend that someone with septic issues investigate this product before assuming the repairman knows what is best. more

I am so glad that I found Aero Stream. It has only been a month or so but it seems to be working slowly but surely. This problem took a lot of time to build up and it will take time to solve. more

I was cautiously optimistic about purchasing the Aero-Stream solution. Now, after installing the Aero-Stream, all I can say is do not worry about spending the money. This system actually works. Our septic issues showed up in the fall so I was able to see the grass turn brown. About 4 weeks into the program, our grass started to grow and turn green again, right where all the fingers were! I could not see the outline a week prior. True evidence that the septic system is returning to normal!!! It felt like a big weight had been lifted off of me. Now, I tell all my neighbors about my adventure and the Aero-Stream Company. more

AS: About a month ago, I installed one of your remediator units. Yesterday, I had to replace a bathroom lavatory tap, and it came with a drain kit. I had forgot about the remediator. When I emptied the p trap and disconnected the pipes, I was about to put my usual stuffer rag in there, when I noticed a cool stream of completely odorless cold air coming back at me. 11/05/09 After my septic guy left today I had to make sure I wrote this review. We bought our home in 2000 and had an inspection done on the septic system. The 500 gallon tank was in need of replacement and we were told that the leach field was in "poor condition". We had a 1250 gal tank installed and hoped for the best with the leach field. In 2007 we started having problems with drainage and when it rained the area over the leach field would take forever to dry out. It was evedent that we were going to have to do something but did not have the funds to replace the leach field. I went online as always and started to do the research. I came across Aero-Streams website and read everything about the product, warranty, & reviews. I was sceptical but everything made sense and the reviews were fantastic ( I rely a lot on reviews). The deciding factor was the 1 year warranty, I had nothing to lose knowing that if it did not work out for us we could return the product for a full refund. We purchased the unit April 2008. When we took the tank cover off prior to the pumping/installation there was thick sludge on the surface along with gobs of toilet paper. We took pictures as suggested prior to pumping and installed the unit when the tank was pumped out. We only used the floats not the brushes.It was very easy to install. We were told to run the system for 1 1/2 years. Last night my husband shut off the Aero Stream, unburied the tank cover and removed it I was shocked!!! there was no sludge at all, no toilet paper, the water almost looked clear. I asked him to hook the air hose back up and turn it back on because I wanted to ensure that it was still pushing the air through(although I could clearly hear the pump run day and night). Sure enough the bubbles started as soon as he turned it on and the water was amazingly clean looking. I just had a septic guy here to do a pump out and he said that I have nothing to worry about with my leach field everything is in great working order! The only thing I would encourage the company to think about revising is the noise factor. Maybe the box could be better insulated to help drown out the pump noise. Unfortunatley for us the only place we could keep the unit was 1 foot from our foundation which was between 2 bedrooms and we have had to listen to it for 1 1/2 years.It's not super loud but a constant hum of a motor which drove me nuts. We put a piece of carpet over the top of it to try and muffle the sound. It is annoying but worth the annoyance when I see how incredible of a job it did. THANK YOU AERO STREAM!!!! I saw the article in the paper a year ago. The very wet spring of two years ago gave me great concern that my 28 year old conventional septic was beginning to fail. The lawn would take forever to dry out and the grass was always greener over the septic tank. The septic pumper told me that I should have it pumped every 6 months from now on to prevent further exhaustion of the system. I had no intention of putting a new system into a house that I planned to live in only about 3 more years....so I figured what you were asking was a small price to pay and I had an entire year to see if it worked. What did I have to lose...right? All I can say is it was a great investment. I have been telling my neighbors about it and just about everyone else I can think of. Still can't quite figure out how it has been so successful, but it has and that's all I need to know. And...when I do move, it's coming with me. Hooray for the genius that finally figured out a way to prevent me from sending the septic tank installers kids to college!! Thanks again more

Did you pump the tank prior to installing the Aero-Stream® System? The Tank was pumped the week before we recieved the system. Were you able to pump the drain field also? The drain field was not pumped Were you able to install the effluent filter(s)? No, but did install bio-brush Have you changed your water use habits since installing the Aero-Stream® System? We're using water at the rate we did before we had a problem with the septic drain field. Where did you install the sintered diffuser, in the septic tank, cesspool, pump chamber, drywell/seepage pit? In the pump chamber Did you observe a vigorous "boil" in the tank? We noticed the water moving, but it was dark and the opening was only a 6 inch pipe, so we couldn't really see much. Have you had to pump the system since you installed our product? No Have you any further questions/concerns that we could answer for you? No The unit arrived on Monday, but we installed it on a Wednesday evening, The install was easy. We dug out around the pipe above the pump chamber, removed the cover, determined the depth of the bottom of the tank, adjusted the floats, attached the bio-brush, drilled the hole, inserted the hose, attached hose to remediator, plugged it in and crossed our fingers that the thing would work. There was a smell in the yard by Thursday afternoon that lasted until Saturday. We plugged in the septic pump for 1/2 hour Thursday evening, and 1/2 hour on Friday evening. Then on Saturday we plugged in the septic pump again and the septic alarm shut itself off. This means the drain field was filtering water again and the water was not running back in to the tanks(our system is a pressurized mound system). With in days we were back to allowing the kids to shower frequently and doing laundry with out worry. No problems since. The remediator fixed the problem very quickly, great product! About 2 years ago, I noticed septic system failures starting to happen in our rural development. I checked mine, and sure enough the tank was full and draining only very slowly. The system was 17 years old. Just like you say on your web page I went through all of the panic, internet research, read about magic additives and then discovered Aero-Stream. My septic problems began last summer. Towards the end of the summer, my field had become very spongy and the odor was very strong. There were certain areas of the field I avoided walking on because it was so soft. This disturbed me quite a bit because our home is only 7 years old and I never dreamed I would have this kind of trouble. Well, before I knew it, winter came and it seemed like the snow covered up my problems for awhile. Then came spring. The odor was a friendly reminder that my problem was not solved with the snow.When the snow had disappeared, my field was more spongy than ever and it was evident that the sewage had come up out of the field. Some of the grass had died because of the overflow. I knew I had to do something with it so I started asking around but nobody seemed to have any solid solutions. I even had the contractor that installs septic fields come down and look at my field but his answer was, " Looks like your field is toast. You'll have to redo this one." That was not the answer I wanted to hear nor did I want to spend the thousands it would cost me to replace it. I decided to look online for septic field problems and your website was the first one that came up. I spent several hours researching septic field problems and when I became more familiar with how the whole system worked, I understood better how the remedy would work. However, I was very skeptical about ordering something on line with my credit card. Nevertheless, the odor of the sewage and the spongy field kept reminding me I had to do something. I decided to call the 1-800 number and find some answers. The conversation I had with Philip was very informative and because there was a no hassle guarantee for a full year, I decided to order your unit. I made sure to get the tank pumped out a week prior to installation so that everything would be ready. The unit was installed with no trouble even though I felt a little funny installing the bio-brush. It looked a lot like a Hawaiian skirt but if it does the job, it doesn't matter what it looks like. After 5 days of running the Aero-Stream System, I opened up the septic tank lid and was very impressed because there was absolutely no odor. Within 6 weeks my field is doing better. Now I am just waiting for the grass to grow back on those bare spots where the sewage had run over. I also like the quietness of the unit. We live on lake in Coventry,RI where the water table is about 20" below the ground. For the last 4-5 years the summer caused the overflow of the tank and what a stink! I installed the system about June 1,09 and already the tank is back to normal levels, even after the incredibly wet month of June AND having 40+ people over for the 4th July celebration on the Lake the system is fine. I just can't believe how well this product WORKS! I'm not a religious person, but this, to me, is close to a miracle. I have never been more relieved in my life (a full aerobic system would be about $30K on this lake). Simple to install and our electric bill for June 09 was less than June 08. One small concern is the noise of the pump. I would think for a Grand they could make it quieter. We have gotten used to it because it is under a back porch, out of the way, but if it needs to be outside a bedroom window, for example, you will not be pleased, except that you won't have any more septic issues! more

We purchased the Aero-Stream system for a 23 unit mobile home park that we own. We did not have the space to replace the existing septic system so we just pumped it every week and sometimes 2-3 times per week. We installed the unit in the fall of 2008 and so far this year we had to pump the system once and that was in January of 2009. It is now June and we still have not had to pump it since January. This product has saved us several thousands of dollars already. We could not be more happy. There was no risk as they will buy the unit back if it does not work. How could you go wrong. We had built the house with the help of my brother who is A contractor in 1988. I used Enzymes in the tank for 16 years along with having the tank emptied every 4 -5 years. July 2008 The MRC came emptied my Holding Tank. And file a complaint with the town that my system was in total Failure. I had Liquid come up on the Lawn. Because I knew where the Pipes to the Leach field where I dug a foot deep and I had sewer every where In November I installed Aero-stream It’s now May 2nd 2009 and the hole that I dug is 29 inches deep with out a trace of water. I'm waiting for the MRC to come any day to verify the field. I am ready to sell them I can't believe how well It worked. Thanks more
