Did you pump the tank prior to installing the Aero-Stream® System? The Tank was pumped the week before we recieved the system. Were you able to pump the drain field also? The drain field was not pumped Were you able to install the effluent filter(s)? No, but did install bio-brush Have you changed your water use habits since installing the Aero-Stream® System? We're using water at the rate we did before we had a problem with the septic drain field. Where did you install the sintered diffuser, in the septic tank, cesspool, pump chamber, drywell/seepage pit? In the pump chamber Did you observe a vigorous "boil" in the tank? We noticed the water moving, but it was dark and the opening was only a 6 inch pipe, so we couldn't really see much. Have you had to pump the system since you installed our product? No Have you any further questions/concerns that we could answer for you? No The unit arrived on Monday, but we installed it on a Wednesday evening, The install was easy. We dug out around the pipe above the pump chamber, removed the cover, determined the depth of the bottom of the tank, adjusted the floats, attached the bio-brush, drilled the hole, inserted the hose, attached hose to remediator, plugged it in and crossed our fingers that the thing would work. There was a smell in the yard by Thursday afternoon that lasted until Saturday. We plugged in the septic pump for 1/2 hour Thursday evening, and 1/2 hour on Friday evening. Then on Saturday we plugged in the septic pump again and the septic alarm shut itself off. This means the drain field was filtering water again and the water was not running back in to the tanks(our system is a pressurized mound system). With in days we were back to allowing the kids to shower frequently and doing laundry with out worry. No problems since. The remediator fixed the problem very quickly, great product! Thanks, Connie
