I called on a whim, in serious need of an electrician to work on my single wide. Not only are these tricky to work with, but mine is also quite old. Robert showed up and saved my day! He was very qualified, and he explained my options in terms I could understand. He provided more help than I could have expected! more

Late, bad service 3/7/2007

the electrician was 45 minutes late even though he had a 4 hour block of time to be here. Then he barely looked at the light and said that he needed parts. After he was gone another hour i called ABC and they couldn't locate him. I finally cancelled the job after ABC had no apologies. Then, a week later i get a bill in the mail for labor and PARTS. They finally dropped the charges ... i guess that's the one good thing i can say about my experience. Oh yeah, and i went to the local home store and figred out how to do it myself. I know some other services provide on-time guarantees and money back if they're late. Pros: not really Cons: just about everything more
