The complex management is extremely poor when it comes to bill collecting. They lost my rent check while I was on military duty, so I called them up and gave them a copy of the duplicate check and sent them another check that very same day. They assured me that everything would be alright; however, when I returned home, there was a court order stapled on my door. I looked at my account and they had taken the check out twice! After yelling for a good 30 minutes, I finally got them to drop the court order. After moving out, they sent me a bill for a ridiculous amount of money. I must have spent a good 8 hours filling in holes in the walls and cleaning the apartment, but they still wanted to charge me for crap that was ""not clean"" and for stuff that was broken when I moved in. The bill came FOUR months after I moved out, stapled to my door, with a due date for the VERY NEXT DAY!!! Stay away unless you have money to throw away!
