I have been a customer of Sewing by the Sea for many years and have purchased 2 Pfaffs. They are a great machine and the customer service from Kathy is over-the-top. I visit in the summer and wish my shop at home had the kind of service and low prices that I experience at Sewing by the Sea. I highly recommend this store to all honest people! I have never commented on this type of sight, but wanted to put in an honest appraisal to conteract the lying ebayer who doesn't know how to pack antique items (I asked Kathy about it and saw the hack job the lady did!)
