While making a routine call to them about when I can expect my clothes back (1st time I used them) the guy casually told me, ""oh, by the way, one of your blouses is going to cost $65 to clean because some of the lining is leather."" I was flabbergasted that they did not call to tell me BEFORE they clean it so at least I can make a choice. I did not want to give them a hard time in case I don't get my clothes back or something. Will never use them again. What a rip off.
