Be sure to get the exact prices of what they charge before taking your pets here (even though I did this and I was still overcharged). Prior to taking my animals here, I visited the website, called to speak about what their facility had to offer and prices, along with visiting their facility. Well, I took my 2 pets here for one night and when I went to pick them up and pay my bill, it was $25 more than what they told me. The receptionist said that there were several other clients prior to me who were also misinformed of pricing and how they were not happy either. I spoke to the owner who said she'd refund me the difference via mail. It has been several months and still have yet to recieve it. I just want to be sure that this doesn't happen to others. As I found out, it has happened to others prior to me with seemingly no concern on the owners' part to remedy the mis-information that their employees were giving clients. I think the key here is that if places want to stay in business they should try to make an effort to keep their customers happy and admit when they are wrong, which in turn keeps the customers coming back. The lack of concern in regards to their customers says a lot about this business. They just don't seem to care. Very dissapointed.......
