NEVER NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE!!! I have had bad experiences here before with rude cashiers and completely over-priced decorations and obscene hidden charges on rentals but because the location is convenient I very stupidly went back there again today. I went to by a king's crown for my son's birthday of which they had two sizes. I chose the larger one because the small one didn't look big enough. Unfortunately it was too big. I went back to exchange it, still in the plastic only having been bought a few hours before and the most ugly and rude woman, KELLY, would not exchange it. The receipt, mind you, says nothing about their unwillingness to exchange and NOT ONE PERSON mentioned that to me when I bought it. My son has been asking for this and his birthday is tomorrow. SO THANKS FOR NOTHING BLAKE'S!! NO WONDER WHY YOUR PATHETIC LITTLE STORE IS ALWAYS EMPTY. I am a person who throws huge parties, spending hundreds of dollars but guess what???? PARTY CITY HERE I COME!! BLAKE'S WILL NEVER SEE ONE RED CENT FROM MY WALLET AGAIN!!!
