In 2012, my dad was charged with DUI and refusal of the breath test. This was not his first time. Luckily, we hired attorney Michael Probst and was able to get the charges reduced to Physical Control of a Vehicle While Intoxicated. This carried no jail time and did not even add points to his license. Michael was very thorough and professional the whole time and did not impose judgement on my father. Anyone would hate going through the legal system but at least Michael made it bearable.
