I trust Bill to take care of my car. That is, I don't think anything catastrophic will happen to my car because of anything he failed to do. There are lots of other reasons to keep or leave a mechanic: price, personality, honesty, whatever. But this is my primary criteria and the one under which I have Bill do all the maintenance on my car. As long as I have this confidence, I will continue to patronize HAC.
