Puchased two outdoor lights this winter but we didn't decide to hang them this weekend.. We opened the box and one of the parts of glass was cracked that we hadn't noticed before. I was a little nervouse calling them back since we purchased the lights months ago but the owner was wonderful. Ordered us a new light and it was no problem at all. They were really great. I can see why they do a great business.
