UNRELIABLE. Signed a contract in July, 2013 to scrape, prime, paint my house. Began in August. It is now Nov. 11. My house is only partially scraped, still not primed or painted. No one has been here for weeks. Numerous calls to Kevin only result in empty promises to ""have someone over there"" but no one comes to finish the job.
