Took my bike for a new rear tire and it came back with mufflers both scratched because they were too lazy or incompetent to remove them before pulling the axle and I've never seen my bike dirtier when I picked it up. They also had my special order tire for two weeks and never called to tell me it was in. Poor Service All Around!
