I don?t know what kind of phonies are writing reviews on the cuff for this place, but let me simply state the facts and let them speak for themselves. \r I find a bike I like on Cycle Trader and go in to make the purchase. The bikes like $5,700.00. After asking several times about the source of the bike and how they obtained it, they simply would change the subject and not make any effort to ask a supervisor or manager to look up the information. Just the standard sales BS. Then the kid pitches me about their 27 point inspection, and how the bike must be solid and dependable, or they wouldn?t have accepted it on a trade. (Yeah, right. Curley knows they lowball everyone, and could care less about its condition if they are making it up on the other end.) Anyway, I crank it up and it gags a little. I make the comment that its rough, and the guy says, ?It?s the air filter,? and sticks his finger in the aftermarket blower type hole and removes some crud. ?They must have miss more

Avoid at All Costs 4/17/2012

Took my bike for a new rear tire and it came back with mufflers both scratched because they were too lazy or incompetent to remove them before pulling the axle and I've never seen my bike dirtier when I picked it up. They also had my special order tire for two weeks and never called to tell me it was in. Poor Service All Around! more

New to dealerships? Use Caution... 7/16/2011

I had a mixed experience with Ridenow on Rancho and a 2.5 star rating may be more accurate. Some of the sales guys I talked to were nice and helpful (Mike R. was great) but I agree with some of the other reviews on here that they will just plain rip you off. If you are an experienced shopper you may be able to navigate the negotiations at the dealership a bit better, but as for me, an inexperienced buyer I would issue this warning: They will add extra costs to your sales price you may spend hundreds if not thousands more on the deal. They have a good selection of bikes and a decent selection of gear I will give them that, but when you sit down to talk business make sure you are not giving them an inch in the way of pricing. Dealer Setup charge, Freight Cost and an assortment of others can tack on another $800 to the base cost which is probably a few hundred higher than the MSRP listed price. Don't let them push you around. The GM Steve Walker may shake your hand and smile and pretend t more

scam artist! 4/10/2011

i have had VERY BAD encounters with ridenow, in the past. I agree with the comments about the sales guys. they lied and scamed me too! in the past. but today i needed some tires for my cbr. spoke to the service guy named Dan, on the phone. he was able to get me in and out. pretty quick. so thumbs up for dan. but i would never finance a bike from them agian! as i was snoopin around the bikes today, nobody bothered to ask if i needed any help. more

Worst in Las Vegas 9/24/2010

I called their service department looking for a tool to take my Yamaha forks apart (cap wrench key). He told me they did not sell the part. ???? This makes no sense to me. You would think that the first place you would look for a custom made tool for your Yamaha would be the Yamaha dealer. I then asked him how they take their forks apart and he said "They have the tool and if I bring it in they can do it for me." I told him no and I was just looking for the tool. Then he hung up on me!!! more

they ignore their customers 2/3/2010

My boyfriend owns several dirt bikes, a motor bike and a motorcycle. He'll only pick up parts for the bikes from Ridenow Powersports On Rancho if he's desperate. Their customer service is the pits - they will ignore you when you walk in. I wish he wouldn't go there at all - he's been lied to in the past and he's gotten so mad at them. There's got to be a reputable dealer around for him to use other than these morons. more

HELL NO !!!! 5/27/2007

I went in to buy a gold wing on 5/26/07. With 5 salesmen on the floor (only one was actually busy) not one would help me. I walked out and back again, stood by the office that had 2 guys goofing off. Stood by the bikes, Not a word, their loss. It would have been a cash money deal. I absolutely will not return. more

Terrible salesmen, and terrible help 1/10/2007

Buying a bike from Honda/Kawasaki of Las Vegas comes guaranteed with a bunch of hidden costs, that they will bold faced lie to you about to get you to sign. Besides that, I ordered 3 parts from them, they told me it would be 2 weeks for them to come in, and 2 months later, they STILL didn't have them, and then a week LATER, they denied ever ordering the parts! I had to print out my bank statement to show that they DID charge me, and then I had to hunt it down, and wait another 3 weeks for ANOTHER order to come through, as they had sold my parts to some walk-in customer. None of the sales people are helpful or friendly, save one young asian gentleman, who seems to know much more than the average guy there about bike mechanics. Definitely not recommended, and especially avoid the Aaron Stewart sales guy, he is a scam artist... more
