I wish to thank you for the recommendation and installation of a new Carrier Heat Pump System and other improvements to our home to certify it as an Energy Star home. You and your staff were very professional in all of our dealings, and I am very satisfied with our new system.
I have always believed that, "If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is." However, your promises concerning the rebates we would receive and savings we would likely realize were actually understated. I was skeptical of the results you said I could expect following the conversion, but I have been absolutely impressed by the results we have experienced. Our heating bills and air-conditioning costs have been greatly reduced and our home is more comfortable than it was when we heated with radiant electric heat. This past winter our electric costs were consistently lower that our roof mates and some months were less than half of theirs.
