I've lived at Ocean Reef for almost two years now and have had a great experience. The location is great. I work in Miami and my partner works in Ft Laud so this is right in the middle and I love being able to walk to to the beach. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained and we enjoy walking our dog along the water. The maintenance staff has always been prompt and the office staff has always been courteous. My a/c broke about 6 mo ago, they came the same day to fix it and it hasn't had a problem since. The pest control man sprays my apartment every month, so I haven't had any problems with bugs. The only real negative for us is that parking is tight by our apartment, but there does seem to be plenty of parking around the other buildings. All in all, I think that this is a very nice apartment.
